Online sign-up is open to customers with a billing address in the European Union — DARITHMA is built for the EU VAT framework, with Cyprus-specific functions (where DARITHMA fits). VAT is added at checkout from your billing address and VAT number. Customers in Cyprus pay Cyprus VAT. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Your invoices are always available in Manage Billing.

Your data lives on our server in Germany. An encrypted backup is made every night and stored with a second, independent provider, where a standby server can take over if our main server ever fails.
Fixes, improvements and VAT/reporting changes are applied for you on our servers — nothing to download or install. You always log in to the latest version.
DARITHMA Desktop is no longer sold online. Request a demonstration and we will agree the edition, the number of users and companies, and the price with you.
Your licence is a signed licence file (.lic) for your computer. DARITHMA validates the
signature and stores the licence locally — day-to-day use stays offline.
DARITHMA Desktop is a mature, stable edition for businesses that want their books on their own PC. New features are developed for DARITHMA Cloud.
